Steve 2007

When did you attend Priory

How did you locate the Priory website?

John Downey tracked me down after searching for me for the last few years and as we re-connected our friendship and talked about all our mischief, he recommended me to this site.

Who were your most memorable teachers?

Mrs. Gregory. She always inspired me to do my best.

Mrs. Marie Gregory

Who were your best friends at Priory?

John Downey, Nigel Benjamin, Abdulla Gadau, Thomas Timmerman, Richard Searle and all the gang that would hang out at the Liguanea Club.

Abdulla Gadau

Rich Searle, Scott Mayo and John Downey

Who are you in touch with today?

John Downey only after he tracked me down.

Who would you like to track down?

Nigel Benjamin, Richard Searle, Joe DuBois, Scott Mayo, Chris Morgan and many more that I can't remember.

Nigel Benjamin and Rich Searle today

What was the wildest thing you ever did at Priory?

I think this site is PG so I can't say much, but I was an angel in school for the one year that I attended, ask anyone.

What memories/views do you have of Priory?

It was the greatest experience of my High School life, my only regret is that I didn't attend all four years.

Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?

John Downey and Richard Searle because they were so unpredictable, you never know what prank they were going to pull.

Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?

I live in NY and I'm still very involved with tennis. I played professionally for awhile now I'm the Tennis Director of a Country Club.

Tell us about any significant others

I'm single again as I was not so fortunate to have longevity in my marriage. I do have 2 beautiful children from that marriage, so it wasn't all bad.

Tell us about your most unusual meeting with a Priory person

I went to work a few days ago and my asst. gave me a message from John Downey to call him. Now I didn't even think that it might have been the same Downey from Priory as I haven't seen or heard from him in over 20years.

When I called and he told me who it was, I almost had a heart attack. It was so nice to chat with an old friend again, and we're making plans to meet up and do something together.

John Downey now

What do you think of the Priory Website?

I think it's awesome. It's great to meet up and re-connect with past friends.
