Remember Peter Rae
Peter Rae 1973
Peter 2007
When did you attend Priory 1971-1974
What was your nickname at Priory? -
How did you locate the Priory website? Through Neil Harvey, ex-Priory
Neil Harvey
Who were your most memorable teachers? Ms Foxley Norris...brought the best art form out of me! Unforgettable as I still see and speak to her every so often!
Miss Foxley-Norris
Who were your best friends at Priory? Peter 'speedy' Smith....he loved riding bicycles and testing new stunts which I would come up with, but was too scared to try!
Peter Smith
Who are you in touch with today? Julian Spence (my bestman back in 1990), Neil Harvey...he scrutineers my Mazda RX7 race car at the race track, William Worton...he races a mazda along side me, Dwight Moore...we race karts in the same class
Julian Spence
Who would you like to track down? Conrad Martin...lived around Manor Park drive...still have asphalt embedded on the left side of my tummy having stolen out after the dreaded Sunday lunch to ride with Conrad and decided to remove all contact with the handle bar, at which time forgetting it was a fixed wheel, had my feet knocked from the pedals and down I went...I do remember seeing stars!!!
Conrad Martin
What was the wildest thing you did at Priory? No wild things for me...just a wild girl nicknamed 'country girl', standing a foot taller than I and pummelling me into the ground when ever I teased her as coming from country! Oh just remembered the time when after taking my last gulp of Pepsi (glass bottle...the best of 'em) and began to chew...the darn fly didn't get out in time before the cork was shut!
Tell us about your memories of Priory and Jamaica Great memory was going to play a tennis match against St Georges college, with the neatest of white togs and the infamous Bata creps...and then being trounced by what we learned afterwards was the ball boys with barefoot! What an embarrassment!!!
Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory? Can't quite remember...!
Where do you live and what do you do nowadays? I live on Stilwell Rd, Kgn 8 I operate my own auto servicing, kart preparation/driver training business
Tell us about any significant others My significant other is my main sponsor...my wife Claudia! It was her Air Jamaica US$ salary cheques that use to float my racing pgm. Now she uses it to float our two girls...Tiffany & Samantha. For those of you music buffs, Sammy plays Alicia Keys as a 10 yr old in the music Video 'ghetto story' with Baby Champ. Filmed in 06 here in Jamaica!
The Rae girls get in on the act
Tell us about your most unusual meeting with a Priory person None yet...but there are few more yrs to go so lets see!
What do you think of the Priory Website? Its fantastic...It must have taken a mighty long time in getting it to where it is now! Cant wait to see my interview added (lol). Improvements....nah!
