When did you attend Priory

1973-75

How did you locate the Priory website?

Through my friend, Janina (Jeanine) Fisher. She knows everyone and read about it on PC's web-site.

Who were your most memorable teachers?

It's so hard to choose! Mrs. Gregory who made me want to be excellent and is still a measure. Mr. Bourke who made me believe one day I'd be okay-and he was right. Mrs. Chevannes, Mr. Davis. You want me to choose?! Mrs. Bourke -who could forget studying Keats in the back of the station wagon, waiting in the gas line-up on Friday afternoon. She taught me "the teachable moment" and gave me my start in Drama.

Who were your best friends at Priory?

Sonia Reid, Debbie Lynn, Vonny Sadler-though it was for such a short time

Who are you in touch with today?

Just my lovely, crazy Dickenson cousins-all hard-working family men these days-really, and my little brother, Geoffrey.

Who would you like to track down?

Tammy and Sean Bourke, to thank them for loaning us their parents, and anyone who wants to be in touch with me.

What was the wildest thing you ever did at Priory?

See the full station-wagon above!

Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?

Oh my! That's even harder than the teacher question. What kind of craziness? Ziggy! But there was so much fun and hilarity, great craziness going on.

Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?

Have lived in Toronto, Canada, since '77. Been teaching for 16 years. I do Storytelling and am going into my third year teaching 4-7 year-olds Drama and Movement in a K-5 Toronto. Public School of 900 children. Most are 1st generation with families from South and Southeast Asia; Somalia; Jamaica; Guyana; Central America; Albania, and from Newfoundland. Just like Priory! Rich world.

Tell us about your most unusual meeting with a Priory person

Running into Calvin Blackwood twice in downtown Toronto and losing his number both times. Then meeting Francesca's mother at a family dinner.

What do you think of the Priory Website?

Thank you. It is such a treat. There is value to the small screen, after all!
