When did you attend Priory

  '72 - '77

What was your nickname at Priory?

JJ

How did you locate the Priory website?

Neil Harvey

Who were your most memorable teachers?

Mr. Chevannes - He made it hard to say no to sports. I made a record in the 100 meter tryouts then broke my own record the next year. Sports helped bring me out of my shyness, some.

Mr. Chevannes

Who were your best friends at Priory?

Margaret Kidd (Kidd), Andrene Demetrius (Andy), Judith Maxfield (Judy). We naturally clicked.

Who are you in touch with today?

Now and then Andy, Use to be in touch with Kidd. Lately I spoke with Neil Harvey, Kurt Hedman, Stephen Rogers, Mr. Chevannes
and spoke with Judith Maxfield and Neil Harvey '07 Christmas Day.

Who would you like to track down?

Kind of wondered what happened to people like Conrad Martin, Michael Levy, Vanessa Spence, Marc McDonald, Stephen Hamilton, to name a few....

Michael Levy

What was the wildest thing you did at Priory?

Cut last period one day during my senior year with a few others and went to the zoo. I think those others know who they are, 'cause I don't remember.

Tell us about your memories of Priory and Jamaica

Overall good experience.

Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?

There were a few. Neil Harvey, Richard Radcliffe, Andrew McKay, Conrad Martin, Kurt Hedman. BUT! Neil and Kurt turned out to be pretty cool people.

Andrew McKay, Kurt Hedman and Neil Harvey

Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?

Now live in Atlanta, Georgia. I left the corporate life to accept the position of Campus Coordinator and professor at a popular community college in Atlanta.

Tell us about any significant others

Proud parent of 2. My daughter Kristine is 19 and son, Christopher is 16. I met the love of my life on a military base.  Our eyes locked, and the rest is history.

Tell us about your most unusual meeting with a Priory person

I bumped into Stephen Rogers some years back at an open house for a new store opening in Dekalb county. Then a few weeks ago I got a surprise call from Rogers who then put Neil Harvey on the line, only to be more surprised when Kurt Hedmann got on the line, then even further surprised when Mr. Chevannes also got on the line. It was wonderful to be a part of that mini reunion by proxy. I remember screaming something like, "Shut-up, I don't believe this!!!".

What do you think of the Priory Website?

Great way for us all to take a trip down memory lane!! Absolutely love the site. Many, many thanks to Stephen Smith for his diligence!!
