Who was your most unforgettable teacher?

Mrs. Hernould - she was so brilliant and had huge presence. I always wanted to do my best for her.

Demitri Baum and Theresa Jesselson. A few others that I see at parties but no real connection.

What was the wildest thing you did when you were at Priory?

I had a question and a teacher ignored me for half the class, so I called out to her and when she told me to shut up, I told her no, she should shut up. Needless to say, I ended up in the Principal's office - not the first, nor last time either!

What are your memories of Priory?

It was such a diverse school.  I learned so much about the world.

 

Where do you live and what do you do now?

I live in Davie, Florida, just west of Fort Lauderdale. I am a secretary at a Yacht Brokerage, have been in the yachting industry for 24 years.

 

Tell us about any significant others

Tell us about your most unusual encounter with an ex-Prioryite . 

I recently learned that an old classmate lives five minutes from me; amazing we never "bucked up" in the neighbourhood before!  Also, at the recent reunion, I was amazed at how many people had been there as long as I had, but didn't connect with before.  I guess when you are very young you are in your own little world!
