Who were your most memorable teachers?
I don't know that I had a favorite, but names that come to mind are Mrs. Gomez, Mrs. Bertram and Mrs. Mendez.
Mrs. Jean Bertram
Who were your best friends at Priory?
I had to go back and look at the year book from 73/74. There are sooo many names that I remember. I can't really say one person was a best friend.
Who are you in touch with today?
Unfortunately, no one. I left Jamaica in 1975 and didn't go back until 2005.
Who would you like to track down?
Some of my old classmates and teachers.
What was the wildest thing you ever did at Priory?
I was only 9 when we left, so there really wasn't too much wild stuff going on!!
What memories/views do you have of Priory?
Priory was a fun school. Since my mother worked in the office, her name is Hermine Carlson, we were involved in many activities at the school.

Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?
Not sure how crazy there were, but we were fascinated with the seniors.. they seemed to have lots of fun and did 'crazy' stuff... lots of talk about them.
Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?
We moved to Sweden in 1975 and I stayed there until 1987 when I became an au pair in Florida. I have been in the US since then. Right now I live in Stamford, Connecticut.

We visited Priory 2005 and it was so different. We did talk to someone in the office, but she didn't really know the people we were looking for.
What do you think of the Priory Website?
I am so happy to have found this site. Maybe I can re-connect with some old class mates.
