When did you attend Priory

1970-1973

How did you locate the Priory website?

Wikipedia search

Who were your most memorable teachers?

Sally Downey. If it weren't for her, I'd be a mathematical idiot, and my handwriting would be horrible.

Mrs. Sally Downey

Who were your best friends at Priory?

Greg Davis, Jay Padgett

Greg Davis

Who are you in touch with today?

None really. I disappeared.

Who would you like to track down?

Greg, Jay, Louisa Dosne

Jay Padgett

What was the wildest thing you ever did at Priory?

Get the head of the U.S. Embassy Marine Guard to throw my mother into the pool at a party by telling tales out of school. It's a long story.

What memories/views do you have of Priory?

Alberga football, track and field, horrible American attempts to learn rugby, teaching Jamaicans not to throw the bat in softball and the Boy Scouts.

Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?

Probably Greg Davis, that I can remember -- come on, this was primary school 34 years ago!

Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?

Baltimore, Maryland, USA. I write a column on US politics for the weekly newspaper, and on the side for fun I am a professional close-up magician. I have been a congressional press secretary and a White House staffer, among other things.

Tell us about any significant others

I was married to a 1/2 Maori New Zealander for 10 years until we separated amicably in 2003. It made for interesting discussions of world politics. We met while working for the U.S. Congress.

What do you think of the Priory Website?

It's a fascinating trip through my past!
