Remember Anne Sove Syverud
When did you attend Priory
How did you locate the Priory website?
My brother told me about the website.
Tor Syverud 1982
Who were your most memorable teachers?
I had two favourite teachers: Mrs. Vyanne Samuels (J4) for introducing me to the joy of writing, and Mrs. Mary Lowe (J5) for making me love maths and convincing me to be in the Christmas play.

Who were your best friends at Priory?
Samantha Templer, my kind and funny Jamaican friend, Katharina Nawroska, my neighbour and friend from Poland and You-Mi Choi, my sweet friend from South Korea. Solveig Skjellnes was my Norwegian friend while she lived in Jamaica.

Who are you in touch with today?
I stayed in touch with all four of them for several years. But unfortunately I no longer have the addresses of Samantha, Katharina or You-Mi. I occasionally hear from Solveig and her family.
Who would you like to track down?
Samantha Templer, You-Me Choi and Katarzyna Nawroska.
What was the wildest thing you ever did at Priory?
I was quite young, and not very naughty at the time. But it felt "wild" for me to participate in the Christmas play in December 1983.
What memories/views do you have of Priory?
I enjoyed my years in Jamaica and at Priory very much. I have very fond memories of the school! I particularly remember celebrating International Day every year, and I am happy I was given the chance to meet friends from all over the world!
Who was the craziest person during your time at Priory?
I can't remember who the craziest person was, but I remember Martin Popma as being the funniest boy in my class.
Where do you live and what do you do nowadays?
I come from Skien in Norway. I now live in Lilla Edet, north of Gothenburg in Sweden. I work as a junior school teacher, but I am on maternity leave until August 2007.
Tell us about any significant others
I live with my boyfriend Markus. He is 33 years old and works as a plumber. Together we own a small plumbing company. Besides being a teacher, I work part time as a secretary in the company. We have a beautiful daughter called Matilda. She was born in January 2006.

Tell us about your most unusual meeting with a Priory person
I met Solveig Skjellnes and her family a few years after returning to Norway. That was great fun! Besides that, I have not met any of my old friends from Priory.
What do you think of the Priory Website?
I think the website is great! I check the site often for news, pictures etc. Keep up the good work!
